This notice applies to every form on our website: enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and resource downloads, and to booking a call. Lexora collects only the details each form asks for, such as your name, work email, organisation and message.
- Why: enquiries, to respond and, if you go ahead, prepare a proposal; downloads, to provide the file and understand who uses our resources; newsletter, to send it to you.
- Marketing: only if you tick the separate newsletter box. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- How long: see our retention schedule. Enquiries and download requests are deleted after two years.
- If you don't provide it: we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.
- Who sees it: Lexora staff, and the service providers that host our website, forms, email, newsletter and booking tools. Some store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Your rights: you can access or correct your information, or complain, as described in our privacy policy.
